Hi friends!
I hope you’re having an amazing summer and soaking up all of the sunshine with friends and family. Besides planning a wedding in 4 months and getting married (crazy, I know…more on that soon!), I’ve also been testing out lots of delicious cocktail recipes over the last few months! It’s been insanely hot outside, so having a refreshing beverage to sip on is a must. I live in South Carolina, and wow…summer in the south is just…different.
So, this blueberry lemonade spritz was born on a hot summer day, and it was everything I was wanting and more! If you loved my strawberry mango rosé sangria recipe or my famous red sangria recipe, this is one you’re definitely going to try. It’s the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and bubbly, and the fresh mint gives it such a satisfying finish.
This cocktail would be perfect to make on a day at the pool, a BBQ, a day with the girls, or anytime you’re craving a taste of summer! It’s super easy to make, and you will definitely want more than one.
